    Differences in these tarps

Wilderness Logics Big Daddy and the Warbonnet Mamajamba.
Can of worms... It looks like same material and MJ is just slightly larger? Anything else? Im sure both are of good quality, any difference in craftmanship, cut or hanging style? I like full length ridgelines, tarp attached with prussics.

MJ is slightly larger. It also has full length grosgrain binding all along the ridge seam, so it doesn't need to be seam sealed there.

I'm not 100% percent but I believe the ridgeline of the Big Daddy is very similar and does not need to be seam sealed.

Interesting. Sounds like they may have copied the WB ridge design. Funny that the name was already cribbed (mambajamba vs big daddy).

Are they cut the same? Either better for using a full ridgeline?

I don't see why either one wouldn't be fine with a full ridgeline.

Not a crib-- an allusion, if hardly passing and casual. Maybe its just a North Carolinian making a claim of patrimonial authority, jocular one-ups-manship --if not priority -- over what the Urban Dictionary says is a country expression.

    Only tarps, only tarps.

I'm pretty sure (could be wrong) that Wilderness Logics does a "double" flat felled seam on their ridgeline. Doing this enables it so you do not have to seam seal the ridgeline. I actually do this with the tarps I make now so I don't have to do any seam sealing.
