Just curious;
Is one Dutch flyz (or a Ducth fly) a Dutch fly or a flyz?
Is there a collective term? Flyz's? a gaggle of flyz? a swarm?

A swarm or a cloud is what I learned to call a group of flies, but Flyz are special. Who knows?
I call them goooooooood.
Trust nobody!
A cacophany of flyz?!! Loud buggers!
The key to immortality is first living a life worth remembering. - St. Augustine
Some people feel the rain. Others just get wet.
- Bob Marley
I think swarm is probably the right term.
Collective nouns are interesting. I've always wondered how some of them got their origin. Examples -
brace of bucks
clutter of cats
bury of conies
siege of cranes
murder of crows
convocation of eagles
kettle of hawks
drift of hogs
leap of leopards
richness of martins
mischief of mice
parliament of owls
rhumba of rattlesnakes
zeal of zebras
etc, etc
“I think that when the lies are all told and forgot the truth will be there yet. It dont move about from place to place and it dont change from time to time. You cant corrupt it any more than you can salt salt.” - Cormac McCarthy
It's got to be Flyz as it just doesn't sound right without the z
A zwarm of flyz
I like that. How long before Zelph takes it I wonder?
I agree, Dutch Flyz are special and so shouldn't have to conform to any rules.
I would call one Dutch fly lonely.
So is Dutch the flyz boy?
There are very few problems we can solve ourselves, but there is almost nothing we cannot solve together.
Most often when someone says they can't, they are unwilling to try.
