Just sort of a spur of the moment thing. Picked this small town, maps.google.com brought it up. There was this cemetery on the map. Nice quiet place to hang.

but hey, you're right. That's too dark. So I moved to the post office.

Every time I tried to put myself on the Google map, it causes my work computer to lock up. So I gave up. If anybody wants to, or is able to, point out my location (Pittsburgh, PA), please feel free.

The HF Google Map slows my work PC to a crawl when loading. My work PC is a piece of crap.

I did notice that people have been using the self edit feature. The placemarks on the map have gone from ~174 to about 185 since I changed it so that anyone can edit it. That's great to see more spots on the map.

I will try and update the original GM thread with instructions for editing the maps as soon as I can.

Coolness on the icon. Naturally I had to figure out how you did that. The cat is out of the bag now! Let a thousand icons bloom. If I'd stayed in the graveyard I coulda put in in a little grave marker icon.

I know the flag is too big, I'll take it down before going home tonight...
