Lightbulb hammmock and bugnet in one snakeskin

I have a Grand Trunk hammock that I always use with a separate bug net. My question is..has anyone used a snake skin to pack them together? It seems like that would make for a quick setup. Just attach suspension straps to trees, hang hammock, slide back snake skin and tie bug net ridge line to trees and be done with it.

I've never seen a snake skin that large but the same principle applies to a dual ended stuff sack which is what most hammock with bug nets come in.

I use the ones from Daniel on eBay and leave the bug net on my BBXLC with no hassles.

Wilderness logics makes the lazy slug tube. I just got one for my bridge hammock. I can leave my underquilt on it and my pillow and top quilt in it. Then I cinch the ends closed and cram it all at the bottom of my trash compactor bag in my pack.

As you wish sir. Below you see it strung between two trees. In that mesh tube is my ridgerunner, lynx 20 underquilt, Costco diy quilt, Sea to Summit pillow and nemo fillo pillow.

    Here it's half way unsheathed.

A note about suspension. I use the stock warbonnet straps, Dutch clips and Dutch cinch bugs. I removed the warbonnet stuff so I can detach my hammock from the wet/dirty suspension. This allows me to move the gathered tube from here,

    To here,

To keep it under the tarp (cloudburst tarp by warbonnet).

Here it is with the current contents.

On trips I would have my sleep clothes in there too. As well as some earplugs and my night guard (mouthpiece for teeth grinding).

This is what I'm currently doing. Who knows in a few more trips? I'm one of the guys who help keep the cottage vendors happy.

    Hope this helps.
