Why do u say the regulars are too short?

Not to ruin anyone's saving party, but being unable to order online (do not accept canadian billing addresses) I have needed to frequently call in to order. On a number of occasions they still had one or tow sold out items floating around that I was able to pick up!

They say their quilts are meant to be worn with a hat, so I think they may be shorter than the same size sleeping bag. I just think my long quilt is more comfortable, more width too. I guess if one was really counting ounces the regular would be fine, But it's nice to pull up a quilt and not have your feet right at the bottom reducing loft.

I am very excited about this purchase! Even if I was inebriated at 3am when I purchased. Good thing I check the forums frequently in the middle of the night!

Consider having Hammockgear make a 50F quilt / Burrow for you.

The cost difference is not great, their ratings are conservative, in my experience, and the resale value will be greater. It will also be 10" wider in effective width, I think, meaning less draft and greater temperature range, and you will not need to do any cutting to convert it.

Other quilt makers may also be within $40 of this deal, now gone; and again, the product will be wider and ready to use out of the box.

Glad I could not sleep last night. Went back and forth on whether to order it. Glad I did now that I know they are sold out. I am pretty new to hanging and have been trying to get by with my marmot pinnacle 15 and a ba pad. I have been looking for quilts and this deal saves me enough to get the 20 pheonix I have been eyeing and saving for. Do you veterans think this will work well with that for a good 30 to 40 degree and up setup?

My Burrow and my Golite Ultra are both the same width. I too support our gear makers here, but Golite quilts are fine, and that was a good price.

That was a great price....and thanks everyone for purchasing them all, and I do mean every last one out there, and leaving nothing for those who were late seeing this thread ...stomping feet and having quite a "Diva" moment, while husbands spins around in aimless circles wondering what to do

    Unsatisfied customer??

If you are not satisfied with this quilt (for those who purchased one), I will gladly buy it off you at the same price + shipping cost. This is a great deal and I'm sad I missed out....... so this is my plea!

I would need the long version. Keep me in mind my hammock brothers and sisters!
