New Easy Way To Cut Baffles

Hey everybody,

While working on my down underquilt today (and dreading cutting out the baffles) I just happened to think of a fast and easy way to cut out noseeum baffles for quilts. I looked around the forums to see if anyone else had done this before but found no evidence of it, so I then decided to make this quick video:


While the baffles in the video came out pretty darn respectable, I think that you could make flawless baffles with this method if you just take the time to smooth everything out (and use both hands).

Hopefully this method will be of some use to all you current and future DIYers out there.

That's the same way my mom used to cut egg-noodles. Bet they tasted better then your baffles.
