    WBBB - ideal whoopie length??

Considering swapping adjustable webbing for whoopies.
Is 6' ideal or should I go for the 4' or 8'??

    also,
Is it OK to use the the original blackbird webbing as tree straps to put toggles in? more than likely going to cut them off to 6-8'

    Many times asked here.
    • How able are you to climb and afix tree straps way above ground?
    • Straps and slings are complementary, so it is the sum of length that matters.
    • If quite able to reach or climb, then you might go long enough to hang from trees 20 feet apart.
    • I carry a single spare loop of cordage.

I switched my BB to 6' Whoopies and 6' tree straps and they work great. The length of tree strap will depend on the size of trees in your area. Many people carry a spare 'long' tree strap just incase. If you're going to cut the buckles of the stock webbing, keep the straps long, you can always cut them again later. The stock webbing is ideal for tree straps.

6' whoopie slings and 6' tree huggers are our most popular upgrade for the WBBB.
