What is my best source for...

Longer tree straps. I'm coming up against areas where the trees are huge. My 6 foot straps aren't cutting it so I have to go to less desirable locations to hang.

Where is my best source. I'm thinking around 9 - 10 foot straps. Not wanting to change suspension systems at this time. I like what I have so keep it to the strap question.

I've had to think about the same problem since I had to start thinking about large trees too. My suggestion is get the longest tree straps you can find and put them together. I have seen this done in many places. The next suggestion is to get long webbing and use a marlinspike hitch on the plain end.

Any climbing supply shop will sell webbing. Just buy a bunch and cut it to your desired length. You could sew the loops yourself, have them done (old ladies hang out at Joanne's and don't mind helping, ) or just tie loops.

Ditto! You can get any size or length you want

    Polyester 1" wide: http://www.strapworks.com/Strapworks...ng_p/hss1p.htm

    Or

    Seatbelt Polyester (My Fav): http://www.strapworks.com/Strapworks..._p/hss112s.htm

Or make your own by buying the webbing and sewing the loops on yourself:

    Polyester or Seatbelt Polyester

look around our cottage vendors but I usually just get my cordage and webbing from DIYgearsupply... http://www.backwoodsdaydreamer.com/p...-page/webbing/ or AHE http://www.arrowhead-equipment.com/ (I'm sure Paul will do some custom length straps for ya)
