Can't connect with home wifi network

Help! I cannot connect to hammock forums on my home Wi-Fi network with either my home computer or my iPhone. I can connect using my 3G connection with iPhone. No problem. I have rebooted both the network and the computer numerous times. I have even tried To get to hammock forums through a Google link. But I just keep getting the message "server taking too long to respond". I just thought that hammock forums has been down for a day or two, until I realized I was able to connect through 3G. But I just can't get there on my home Wi-Fi network. By the way, I can connect to every other website that I have tried – with no problem – on my home Wi-Fi network. And I'm using the same address from my drop-down address bar that I use every day. And just to doublecheck that, like I said, I even tried going through a Google link.

    Any ideas?

    suspicious

Sounds like your wife added it to the blocked sites on your router, possibly to improve productivity?

Unless you've customized settings on the router, find a paperclip or tiny finger and find the tiny or recessed reset button back to factory defaults.

It is possible for there to have been a change. I never had a problem with a Belkin router (boo, bad, cheap, bronx cheers) until a new nook wouldn't see it. (Amazing, how fast a Nook can connect and log on.)

now that's funny but maybe true! I'll try some other recommendations , including the paper clip, when I get home.

I can only give the lame answer that all tech support gives to Windows users: clear your internet .tmp files, clear your browsing history, browsing data, etc.

Then run defrag and disk cleanup just to be sure.

I had a similar problem...couldn't get HF or WB, tried everything to no effect, and then, one day, like magic, all was well. I love a mystery.
