Life looks better from a BIAS hammock.
I'm not sure about all of those, but the Warbonnet website has some guidelines showing what hammock to get given your weight. The choice is either a single or a double layer of 1.1 or 1.7oz ripstop, so it doesn't cover everything you've got there, but it should help a bit.

If you're looking for "what will hold" vs "what will be comfortable". . . I have found the WB site to err on the side of comfort. Fabric is a lot stronger than we think..
