They are totally advertising this with misleading measurement. I'm kinda getting I called and them and they act like " well yeah... From corner to corner... 12x12.... Yup that's right " I never had any intentions of having a diamond shaped tarp . The only thing they are offering is for me to pay the difference for the larger tarp....

So This sounds like it is more like the Noah Tarp 9. If it is it will work on the diagonal just fine even though this is not what we all were hoping to get. I have a Noah 9 so when it comes in I'll compair and report.

I thimk he means to pay the diff for a 16X16. The catch here is they are measuring on the diaganal. BUT they do not make that clear in the discription. That is where we all got mislead and that is the point everyone should make.

I doubt they will giv anyone a bigger tarp but they should add to the discription how the tarp is measured and give everyone's money back including shipping.

Did you actually talk to them Jon? If this is the case, then they are actually wanting more money than the yearly 12 x 12 gear guide sale goes for? "The real 12 x 12 is what I'm referring too".

These dimensions work out to be:

GG 16 - 16.14 ft Diagonal
GG12 - 12.02 ft Diagonal

So they are selling them by the diagonal length. It is wrong of them to advertise a product that way, and I hope that they make it right for everyone. On another note I'm actually kind of happy since I have been wanting another one of the smaller version of this tarp, but it hasn't been made in years. I just wish it was still made in camo like the old one. Google "neo tarp" and read some of the praises of the "9x9" before shipping it back and you just might want to hang on to it. I would still encourage anyone that keeps it to contact the company regarding the false advertisement, though. That is just wrong.

I guess this answers my last question.

Like others I emailed customer service over the weekend. Just got a reply which does not seem especially helpful - there is NO acknowledgement that the tarp may be the wrong size:

I would suggest that you wait for the item to arrive you may not need to get the next size. We do have many still available in the 16X16 if you need it. We can send you a return label to send the merchandise back for a refund. Then you can place a new order for the next size needed.
