Hey everyone! Since I'm satisfied with sleeping in a tent, I've been contemplating a hammock for about a year now looking for some motivation to pull the trigger.
While backpacking over the past few years, I kept finding some really cool places to set up for the night but with no flat ground. This really pushed me to try hammocking.
Within a week I should be receiving my new Warbonnet BB 1.1DL and Superfly tarp. I'm really excited to try it out!

Jerry, I'm in Ft. Wayne. I almost exclusively backpack in Michigan. I've done some 3-day trips to Deam Wilderness but the ticks and road apples (I guess "trail" apples in this case) really turned me off during my last trip. I'll have to give it another try, very interesting topography down there!
