On their website you can chat with them live. I chatted with a really nice girl who said there is a problem with the shipping confirmation emails. She can give you the tracking number!

Just got it, twice as much loft as the RS-1, and much wider since this is a long. I can't see a big difference between my Ultra 20 and this, so this should easily be a 40 deg quilt. The pertex foot box material seems beefier than on my Ultra, both my Golites have a lot of loft in the foot area.
