Hammock - stock webbing suspension for a WBBB with 2 biners
Tarp - figure 9 biners at the coners, continuous ridgeline with figure nine and knotbone, 2 mini S biners to attach tarp to ridgeline prussics.

I'm all about the convenience and quick setup/take down.

I've got what in my opinion is a pretty sick setup. It's super-lightweight and is entirely hardware-free. My hammocks UCRs have a diamond knot on the end of them, and my Dynaglide treestrap extenders have an adjustable eye on the end like a soft shackle. My tarp is attached to my hammock suspension via 1.2mm Techline prussics with an integrated soft shackle. It's the most integrated, lightest setup I've heard of.

Bit of a newb myself... But I use 2 carabiners.

Tree strap through its own loop. Tie a cord onto the strap with a sheet bend. Run it to hammock through biner and tie it to itself with a taught line hitch.

Sheet bend is crazy easy to tie, taught line hitch isnt bad... Adjustible on both ends, and cheaper/lighter then a lot of other options.
