Shipping, and such.

Hey guys

Question. I recently bought a Jarbridge (typo) uq on the 7th (I believe).

The shipping quote says 2-3 days handling before shipping, but when do you guys usually get a email saying things are handled?

I haven't gotten anything since I bought the uq. I tried emailing them from their website but no word as of yet.

I am not impatient, just like to be kept up to date on Internet orders of over $50. Maybe I am just a worry wort...

Shipping quote says 2-3 days, I'd say give it another day. If you don't get a shipping confirmation the maybe reach out to them Friday evening.

Actually......our production time is listed throughout the store and on recipes as 2-4 working days + shipping time (once we hand off to USPS) is 2-3 working days.

The only email that I have not been able to respond to over the past couple days was sent back to me by google as undeliverable....both emails listed on the form were that way and spelled slightly diffrent than each other. They were also diffrent than the email that the order had been placed under. We have shipped every order but two that were received yesterday and couple from today. Be sure and check the email address that the order was placed under as that's the one that tracking info is sent to when we ship. Lots of folks tend to use email addresses that they don't monitor for placing orders that they don't want to sift through news letters and other spam....I do it myself, but then we can't always get ahold of folks when we have a question. We have only had to do it a couple times but if there is an issue with an order and we can not make contact any other way we will mail a letter, send up smoke signals, carrier pigeon, bat signal in the night, Tarzan yell, pony express....anything we can to get in touch, otherwise we try to have our nose to the thread injectors and keep them humming to get every order out the door as fast as we can.

I also ordered a Jarbridge on Mon, it shipped yesterday, and it's supposed to come in Sat. That's pretty good to me...right in line with stated shipping times.
