Just submitted mine through paypal as I've easily used this site for more than $200-300 worth of savings thanks to the many tutorials, and the deals posted here!

Thanks for reminding me to donate. I've been neglecting my duty far too long. This forum is invaluable and I've more than used up $20 worth of computer time learning and sharing. It is a bargain.

I'm ready to donate, I just have one question. On the donation page it says:

"Validity periods marked * indicate that purchasing this subscription is recurring, this means after the period is complete it will automatically be renewed."

I don't see which ones are marked with the "*". Are all of the amounts automatically "recurring" ? Or none of them?

Neo, as someone who just joined a few weeks ago could you explain what people are donating towards?

For example what costs do you have that donations help to pay for.

I'm not saying that donating is a waste of money however I am curious what costs you have to host the Hammock Forums.

Also do you consider this a for-profit venture where you really intend that people pay something for the information on the forums or is this more a labor of love?
