Exped Scout tarp Extreme?

Hello,

First of all, I wanna thank everybody for all the great knowledge in the forum. I'm pretty new to hammocks and I'm really liking it so far. My question is, Have anyone tried the Exped Scout Tarp extreme? I'm asking because I have one on the way (a gift). Any input is greatly appreciated.

It looks like it will get the job done, I just can't believe the price that they are asking for it.

I know it's kinda pricey. Upon further research, I think it is more geared towards ground shelter, tarp tent ( i hope i said that right )

Actually, it's a replacement from my buddy who destroyed my tent and he thought the best idea is to replace it with an expensive tarp (matching the tent price) since I'm starting to like hammocking..
