Riccar Thread Injector...a good one?? See Pics

Ok. I have wanted an injector to start making gear. I finally made attempts at finding a decent injector. I came across a woman who was selling her grandmother’s injector. It is a Riccar Duchess 220 model RZ-204B. Can anyone tell me any info on this unit? The dates they made this model? It runs well. I had it checked out by a knowledgeable person and the feedback on operation was positive. I call her "G.I. Jane". She weighs like 60lbs! Paid $20!

There is no info on this machine. Riccar has a website but all it has regarding my machine is the manual. But it shows a sales/repair shop not far from where I live. I will have to call.

Cool machine dude! Worse case scenario, you scrap the sewing part, and make a belt sander! You really can't lose on that deal!
FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either, just leave me alone.

The sales/repair shop person was no help. The guy thought it was a german machine. I know for a fact that it is a company from Japan that started selling in the U.S. in the early 60's. That's all I can find so far.

My ex-wife owns one. She got it in the 70's. Paid bunches for it. Great machine.

My wife has a Riccar 760 that I'll use it to make my DIY hammock. Seems like a solid machine.
