FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

I just made a hammock using the 2.6 oz/sy polyester black crinkle taffeta from DIYGearSupply.
The only thing I had to adjust was the tension on the top thread. On my thread injector, the tension dial goes from 0-10. I set the tension at 6 for the crinkle fabric. For the typical nylons I set it at 4.
As always, start every project with a new sharp needle.
