I've got a really heavy duty one I bought years ago from EMS. I was able to put a pretty fluffy 20F bag in there and squash it down pretty small. I'll take some measurements if you're interested. Just shoot me a PM.
It's way too heavy to pack I think but if you just trying to reduce bulk in a kayak or other vehicle it should be fine.

I've got 3 sizes made by Lowe. I used bigger one for synthetic bags.
