    diy tarp started

Oh boy is Sil fun to work with... aahhh you got me that's not true. Flat felled seam wasn't a fun first stitch eiither! Progress as of this morning. Rough size of 10x10 (havent measured yet) the tarp is seamed and hemmed up. Had 1.9 sitting around so I cut a square and sewed it at the end of RL for support on the unnderneath side. Webbing with a metal d ring sewed in on top. I don't have tie out points sewed yet nor have I seam sealed it. Gave it a test and the suspension works great. Using 1.2mm tech line prussiked onto 1.9mm tech line. Wrap the 1.9 around the tree and attach back to itself with a small biner. I think I covered everything as of now.

    Pictures to follow tomorrow.

Sounds good, look forward to seeing the pics. Just curious, about how much time has this project taken, and would you do it again?

I enjoyed the experience so far... no I will not make another tarp. Lol. Rained all day and my craft room got painted so I had to push the pics and work back a day.
