Sea to Summit Ultra Seam-Sil Silicone Seam Sealer....if it's the silicone version, then yes.
It sais silicone and polyorethane, so I guess it will work then
The best product I know of for sealing silnylon tarps is actually Permatex Flowable Silicone. It works very easily, and is rather inexpensive. It's available at most auto parts stores.
