My wife gets worked up when I disappear in the middle of the night to my man cave to sleep. I can always fall asleep in my hammock even when I can't in bed for what ever reason. the hammock is the first place that my kids go to look for me when they don't know where I am.

Spend too much time in the hammock and you might have to change your screen name.

Hammocks only suck if you like going to work. Doesn't sound like that is the case.

Haven't set the alarm clock but a few times in the last year. Normally don't get out of the hammock until after 8:00am Ahh, the joys of retirement.

I too, suffer from this problem. I was always the first person awake and moving when camping as a ground dweller. I'd get the fire going and coffee started for everyone else.

Now I'm the last person up in the morning...even when at a group hang!!! LOL...gotta love it!
