    Progress made!

Just thought I would show some progress I have made.

The first picture is a close up of the different hammocks I have been trying to complete. Getting them finished has been a big load off my back! Notice the first has the zip-tie whipping, the second is a standard whipping with a double fisherman's knot to bring the ends together, and the third is a zip-tie inside of a tiny zip-tie sleeve that makes it a little nicer looking and hopefully keeps the zip-tie from wearing the fabric.

The second picture is of three different stuffsacks with their respective hammocks. On the left is my buddy from Seattle's funky and very cush hammock. In the middle is a for a friend who lives in Ohio, very stealthy! And on the right is mine, which I made a long time ago, but is still about the most comfy one I have laid in. (Followed closely by the black one in the middle!)

    Enjoy!

The machine is a Sewmore from ~1955 or so. The guy at the shop told me it was a Japanese import that was one of the first technologies we were allowing in from Japan after the war. It has been in the family for a long time, and it was restored for about $50. Runs great, and works well for my needs!
