WBBB set up?

I am going to buy a wbbb 1.1 double, but i was wondering which kit (set up) is better. Should I go wbbb 1.1 with adjustable webbing and the mamajamba tarp total cost of about 326$ (counting shipping, guylines, biners etc...) or should i go wbbb 1.1 double with adjustable webbing, and the OES Mac cat deluxe for a total cost of about 329$ (also counting shipping, guylines, biners and everything else I would need) I guess im kinda asking for expierences with those set ups and a vote from each person. thank to all of you out there and happy hanging

Both are good tarps, might be easier to just order everything from Warbonnet though...cheaper shipping too.

I've had OES tarps and I currently have WB tarps. Both are good tarps. Not really much to choose between the two you are looking at. If you are ordering a WB hammock, might as well get the tarp from WB as well.

everything from warbonnet might also give me a ten dollar rebate with the hammock tarp combo so maybe 316$

The WBBB 1.1 d is great. I like it better than my 1.7d. But, as others have said, get the tarp along with it and you'll get a better deal. You might consider the Superfly if you're planning any really inclemet weather trips. It's nice to seal down the doors against the wind & rain.

Well seeing as I own all three items you mentioned I guess I could throw in my 2 cents worth of advice. Both tarps are very well made and provide ample coverage for the blackbird. The warbonnet provides a little more coverage . As for weights they are virtually equal on my scale. You can't go wrong either way. That being said, if you can save a few bucks ordering from the same place I say go for it. My money says you'll buy another tarp very soon and Brian has many more choices to fit your future needs. I have the WBBB Double 1.1 with webbing and the OES maccat deluxe. It is a great setup. I don't think you will regret either choice.

I also have the 1.7 d with a superfly. It's a great set. I have, on order a 1.1 with a MJ which I'm waiting on.

Tell me........why do you prefer the 1.1?

For the OP, I also have the webbing suspension and really like it. The SF tarp is great and I'm sure my new set up coming will make me just as happy. No need to mix and match. One stop shopping!

Is OES still accepting new orders? I have been gone for a bit and did not realize Brian had time to make tarps yet.

ETA: I see where Brian posted a reopening of MacCats while I was in the Canyon. Good for him!!
