I remember one time when I went into an outdoors store I walked by one of the guys that worked there and smiled and asked him
"How you doing today?"
He replied with a smile, "Can't complain, I'm on the right side of the ground, looking down"
It has the same sentiment and double meaning as "Every day above ground is a good day". I like to remember these phrases when life gets tough.
