    I'll add the Hammock Bliss Triple as a good option. (8'2" x 9'10")
    I'm 6'6" & 270 maybe 280 pounds. I find myself using the full width & I'm starting to think that an extra 2 feet in length would be wonderful. Maybe a little more. But it's not enough of an issue, to make me upgrade for a couple seasons.
    Perhaps in the mad scramble for sexy light weightness I and everyone else has forgotten the most important function of gear – not that it must weight nothing, look good and be cheap, but that it must keep you alive and increases your survivability.

    Ok now I have checked out some of the hammocks y'all have mentioned. Price is important and I love the idea of making one. That being said I am going to buy a good hammock and suspension. The tarp can wait. Found a 5'x7' at walmart with stuff sack and lots of grommets for around $10. I will post when we decide and buy. I am still open to any suggestions that anyone might her willing to share.

    Warbonnet Blackbird 1.7

    I contacted Warbonnet and they had a 1.7 with a factory blem. $10 off. I ordered it and am excited to try it out. Thank's to everyone for the help.
