    New Open Hammock Ideas?

Hey all. I'm thinking about getting a non bug-season open hammock for late Fall to early Spring. I have a GTUL but find it a little short and narrow. I've been looking at the Snipe but wonder how it will take a UQ given the extreme angle of the lay. I like my WBBB and am also keen on the WB Traveler. Are there any other recommendations for me to consider?

My priorities are comfort, function and weight. Not too worried about 1 or 2 layers as bugs are no issue and I use a UQ and/or a HH Underpad.

    Thoughts?

I've never had a problem fitting any of my 40" wide partial UQ to any of my hammocks which range in width from 54" to 66" wide and 10' to 11' long.

My UQ works just goodly on the Snipe.
Maybe a minor tweak like on any new hammock but that is about it.

I like my Kammok a lot, but the ENO Double & GT Double are nice too. I find that the longer length ones are more comfortable (maybe a Dream Hammock from Papasmurf).

My HG Inucbator worked great on my Kammok at 15* a couple months ago. Just adjust the rigging for the angle.

I recently purchased a Ticket To The Moon single. It's a parachute silk/nylon hammock but has only 1 panel and is bigger than most doubles on the market. Great lay, great price, and very comfortable.
