I sent a lower offer because I'm a cheapskate and I'm sure if I had told him that "I'll take it" then I would have got it before Fronkey.

I honestly thought your post was sarcasm. I do not ship nor calculate my shipping for overseas. Im sorry for that. I dont link my paypal to my banking account.
