I saw BearChaser's recent video on single-lines and couldn't resist. I always though they'd be incompatible with my ENO setup, namely my tarp, but with tensioners it works out beautifully. I've also learned the beauty of snake skins with this new all-in-one setup. The only change I made was to shorten the loops on the alpine butterfly knots and attach biners for use with my 6-foot whoopies. This allows me to get my perfect hang angle every time, while still allowing me to detach my hammock for lounging use elsewhere. All rolled and packed up it fits nicely in a large Therm-A-Rest roll top stuff sack. I don't have a scale, but I can tell from hefting it that it's "heavy" by a gram weenie's standards.
Any suggestions?
