I've been lurking for a few months after a friend gave me the idea to try hammock camping instead of tent camping. I went out and bought a ENO SN and Kelty Noah 9. Since then I've upgraded to a DN. Recently I purchased a set of whoopie slings and SRL from Arrowhead and am waiting to get them in. Just last night I purchased materials from DIY Gear Supply to build my own bug net to prepare me for the summer months.
By day I'm a software developer and on the weekends I enjoy backpacking.
Thanks to everyone on here that have blazed the trail and made hammocking as enjoyable as it is today. I've learned a lot so far and look forward to learning much more.
