How can I get onto Brian from OES?

Congrats! I also got ripped online some times. That's one of scariest things can happen. I had been in the same boat but after not knowing where parcel are and some day postman shows up with small package in his hands. I think that Brian sitting almost all the time at the ermmm thread injector.

Mine was shipped on the 8th and my Warbonnet was shipped on the 14th. Needless to say I have received my Warbonnet but not my MacCat.

If he would just answer his emails, I wouldn't be so perturbed.

No matter how good his product may be, I won't be making any future purchases.

I wonder if Brian should give someone his phone number- not that it be public and that he get swamped with phone calls, but that there be a way for someone to get a hold of him in times like this- a gate keeper.

There is enough evidence here that proves he doesn't respond regardless of contact format. Should it matter?

Same here. I didn't receive what I ordered. The problem remains while this guy goes on ignoring contact attempts. Ridiculous. I will never deal with him again.

If one decides to deal with this man, one will be taking a risk.

He is a one man shop, with another job that pays the bills and hence takes away time. I know before he was moving so not sure how situated/set up everything is. Yes, he is prone to contact issues and can be slow (most of the slow complaints are from a period where he had shut down the shop with a "if you really want it anyway order it and when I get a chance I'll try to make and ship it" period, I don't know of anyone that did not eventually get what they ordered.

I know that he sent it because I received an automated email "This is an automatic email to let you know that your order from OES was completed and shipped on 06/08/2012."

But there was no USPS shipping number. Everyone else that I have purchased from has at least provided a tracking number. It sure makes it easier to figure out where it is in the pipeline. Nevertheless, it should be hear any day now.
