Yeah, that wouldn't be too bad but very visible from the front and street. There's only one spot I tried with my grand trunk UL inside the wooded area, not enough for a tarp but a WBBB would be fine. Maybe I'll just do my testing when there's no rain forecasted.

I did get in about a 2 hour hang last night. I guess I was resting so well that I would wake myself up snoring... I did not want to freak the neighbors out, so I continued the snoring inside.

I had a vision of being able to have three spots to hang hammocks if needed. I took some time this morning and tried it out. I hope my idea works, but have not tested for weight issues with three folks hanging as of yet. I did test the HH to post. WM blue hammock post to post. They seemed to work fine. I will need to add some more padding around the post to soften the edges for the straps.

I would get myself a spoke shave or a sanding disk for an electric drill and round the edges off. Padding has never been stable enough for me. It either slips or shreds.
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.

Looks like a great setup, round off them corners of the posts and you'll be good to go!

To prevent the need to sand or round the edges of the poles, Rip and I threw some heavy duty eye bolts on each side of the pole near the top.

You'd need 4 for your setup - 2 per pole.

You can then just clip a climbing rated biner on each eye bolt and clip to the eye on your webbing or directly to your whoopie sling.

I rounded a couple of poles with a chainsaw. That's just the kind of carpenter I am.

I agree that you should think about adding some eye bolts (drill all the way through the posts). It makes setup very easy.

In my three post setup, I only use one eye bolt per post. We share eye bolts when there's 3 hammocks, and have never had an issue with only having one eye bolt per post.

Put a bowl of bird seed on top of the post and call it a bird feeder.

I have seen others here on HF posting pictures using eye bolts. My question would be can I still use the stock suspension that my HH came with?

    Yes.

Loop the cordage through the eyebolt and use as normal.
