Same problem as others here. As with others, I emailed the company and they sent me a new one. Their reply was in less than an hour after I emailed too. They shipped it overnight.

I might be interested in getting one of the damaged hammocks if someone wants to get rid of one on the cheap. I specifically looking at the SBP. I surely don't need another hammock, or if I even want another one, but the addiction has me firmly in it's grasp.

i hope it comes in time for this weekend.....
We see this problem from time to time with SBP and have even seen it with other hammocks.
I've got one that has a slight tear on the bug net. If interested, just let me know at [email protected]. I'll be glad give you a great price on either new or used.

I just wanted to try one out. I really like the comfort of my TTTM double hammock and the SBP is a lightly longer version with a bug net. At the moment my DIY HH is down with zipper problems. I got the DD hammock to fall back on but I'm going with a pad insulation system on it. I also have my HH ULBA with 2Questions awesome zipper mod, but it's just not as roomy and comfy as the HAAB double hammocks. I think the SBP will be a great single layer hammock, for use with an under quilt, with a bug net.
At some point in the future I'm going to build a bug net hammock sock for use with my hammocks that don't have any netting, like my TTTM.
