Hanging in my Hammock listening to the rain on my tarp

It just doesn't get much better

    Indeed!

I also just learned that "Perfection" is ten characters long and "Indeed" doesn't quite cut the minimum standard for post length.

Nothing like having the hammock pitched in the rain.

If you hate hiking in the rain, the best way to enjoy it is with the hammock!

Just a bit jealous as I listen to the rain from my window.

That is one of the things that sold me on hanging the first night I tried sleeping in hammock it rain really hard through out the night i slept great. When i saw the water running under my hammock I knew right then I would have been miserable in my tent but I was high and dry. Plus I was able to fill my water bottles off my fly saved me hiking down to water in morning.

My first time out with my hammock the spring I was supposed to of stopped at was all dried up and i was completely out of water! Luckily it rained that night so not only was i able to fall asleep listening to the rain hit my tarp i was also able to get some water!

I just tied a small piece of zing it to the top of one of my guy lines and the water just rain straight down into my nalgine!
