It may depend on your underquilt and your lay. I use a pair of DIY TTs on my WBBB and Incubator, and I think they help some. I overtighten the shockcord on my left shoulder and right footend so the TTs kind of pull the uq into a partially assym orientation. This does little more than to prevent eh uq from slipping off my shoulder or feet, but that's all I wanted anyway. I think Dutch's quilt hooks could probably do the same thing though.
