    Virginia 5/28 - 5/30

I'm going to be on the east coast of Virginia, Memorial Day Weekend spending Sat & Sun at my trailer. I've got three days available for Hiking and camping. I was thinking of heading inland any recommendations? I'd have to cross the Bay Bridge/Tunnel to head west.

If you're trying to get out into the mountains, I would drive west on 64 to Rockfish Gap. From there you could go pay to go into Shenandoah NP, or drive south on the Blue Ridge Pkwy for free. There are trailheads in both directions, so whether you want vistas/ridge walking or waterfalls/hollows--take your pick.

The drive time STARTING when you get off the bay bridge tunnel in VB would be about 3.5 away, not too bad.

There's also plenty of stuff between the coast and the mountains.
Feel free to PM me for any questions

You looking to set up the trailer or heading out with a pack? If a trailer, I'd concur with the previous, maybe driving south to Peaks of Otter area outside Bedford along the Parkway. Shenandoah is liable to be rather thick that weekend being Memorial Day and all.
