You need to come to Oklahoma, where it's cooler.

We will be hanging next weekend.

Truth be told, that's where all the cool kids will be hanging out in May. (Well most of them anyway. )

Sometime during the summer, when the heat is unbearable, you'll see a post planning a fall Texas Hang in November.

If you're planning to hang in Texas before the summer hits you square in the face, I would stay west of San Antonio/Austin. It was nice out there two weeks ago and the nights are still below 70 and not humid.

I would be up for a hang. I'm booked the 1st weekend in June. But, other than that I'll make it.

If anyone is up to some hiking, the Cross Timbers trail at Texoma is not bad at all (maybe we could get the Texans and the Okies hanging together?) It's a 14 mile trail (1 way) with a few primative sites along the way. I did it last year and had a blast. It follows the lake most of the way with some great views. Anyway, just shoot me a pm if anyone is interested, but it would probably have to be the 3rd weekend in May for me.

I have a wedding the third weekend of May, and unfortuantely for us folks in deep SE Texas, Lake Texoma is almost a 6 hour drive
