    The tacking of the fold before you sewed it was ingenious. Lol. I held mine down. That was a b****. I'm going to redo mind after my trip this weekend.

    Thanks! I have whoopie hooks on the way, this is the last piece of my new suspension, I cant what to get everything assembled so I can put it to the test.

    Tacking was an afterthought, I used it for the 3rd pair. It makes things a lot easier!!

    Thanks! Another advantage to the ridged open loop is it’s easier to thread it without taking off winter gloves/mitts (or one-handed). Downside…you have to keep a limited amount of tension on the running end of the webbing until you finished rigging, the loop has no "grabbing" ability if the strap is not weighted.
