    After I posted, I had the thought that followed yours very closely. I guess I just thought beyond the problem. But my intent was to find a solution that would keep from having to get up for whatever reason. I do appreciate your logical approach though.

    I agree on this one .... When I first start getting out I have to make a ton of adjustments but, by the time winter comes I always have the hang of it ...! then ... I forget again over the winter ... lol. It's just takes practice.

    Ill tell ya buddy, I've been hanging for 2 years now, hung many hammocks many times and its pretty rare I get the perfect angle. But in all actuality, the perfect angle is any angle that you sleep in comfort I always achieve that.
