    I also find it very hard to get a tarp larger than the stock HH tarp into the snake skins. I have the hex tarp and while I can get it in the snake skins with the hammock it is an absolute struggle to do so, and then finally result is a snake that is soo tightly packed that it can easily be folded down to a smaller size.

    Agree with the apparent wear on those whoopies too. I'd swap them out...always better safe than ending up with a concussion!

    I did my conversion, watched the video, added some wraps and I am so happy. Thanks! I was thinking about using the old ones for my tarp. Is that a bad plan?

    I did the same mod. I added 2 more loops with the original prusiks and they hold just fine.

    Can anyone tell me what cord he's using in that video? Also what kind of wire is that? Is that home made or do you buy it?
