They don't have zombie/TEOTWAWKI discussions. If that is your goal you are likely better off looking elsewhere. From what I see prepping talk is limited to natural disaster scenarios.

It is well worth checking out. Hopefully we'll see ya there.

Big plus one! I haven't done the bushclass yet, but I'm slowly working up the nerve to start it. Like has already been mentioned, no zombie talk.

I also like survivalistboards.com & zombiehunters.org for more "prepper" type content. I mostly just lurk everywhere.

BWCA.com has lots of good info and tons of good people. It's primarily aimed at Boundary Waters Canoe Area trippers, but contains lots of outdoor topics.

I like http://www.bladesandbushcraft.com, though it's fairly new and still growing so doesn't have dozens of new posts every time you visit. BCUSA has tons of stuff and is always worth a visit.

I also like http://eseeknives.com, which has a good variety of forum topics and some good folks.

I have to say that the added stuff that comes with supporting hammockforums sounds like a great investment, though.

BCUSA, the only other forum I check every day. Right after checking here first!
