Hi all,
Just got done making my UL 1.1oz ripstop hammock, and have moved onto the stuff sack that will be sewn on similar to eno's and GT's. I'm having a difficult time figuring out how they sew theirs though. I've seen DIY Gear Supply's instructions and made a few bags that way, but my major complaint is that my top channel always seems to overlap at the opening and not look right.
My Grand Trunk stuff sack is folded over on the bottom, not one of the sides, and seems to have a flat felled seam on both sides. I've spent a few hours trying to come up with my own but it ended up not looking right at the opening (where the side meets the channel openings). Has anyone made this style sack or understand how they do the opening? It's really bugging me!
Thanks.
