Ridgeline stretch?

I recently added a ridgeline to my eno hammock. I have no idea what line I used I found it lying on the ground in the garage... Its yellow plastic stuff thats got a hollow core. Do you think it will stretch or is there not enough weight on it for that?

Sounds like polypropylene (ski rope). It will stretch, but probably not enough to matter on a ridgeline of a short distance. Try it out.

Light and doesn't absorb water. Not that it shudder matter on a ridgeline.
