Actually if you look at the rules, it says no paypal gift or personal only and I do give the option to add in the fees:

5. When items have sold, please reply to the thread and mark them sold.

6. No off topic discussions are allowed in FS or WTB threads. Off topic discussion will be deleted at the moderators discretion.

8. No 'PayPal Gift Only' or 'PayPal Personal Only' payment requirements are allowed.
