Kelty noah 12*12 cat cut?

Has anyone done a cat cut on kelty noah tarps or cut them diwn line the oes tarps?

I thought the kelty noah tarps had a cat cut.

They allready have a canternary cut

I think its a 12*12 square. I wonder if i can have it cut to a hex.

It is square but it has canterary cuts. You can hang it like a hex with doors from its existing tie outs with out cutting it.

Your info says you don't have a tarp yet. If that is the case, why not get a Hennessy Hex for about the same price and be done with it? Or sell the Kelty and get the HH.

i have kelty noah 12 and i have a HH explorer that im going to sell as soon as i get it back from hennessy for repairs. i just wanted to kn ow if anybody has cut a 12*12 into a hex style.

I'm sure it can be done, but don't think it should be done. When I first saw your post, I had the same thought as gmcttr. Sell the Noah and buy a purpose made hex...probably for a net of $20.
