My Kelty Noah 12x12 should be at my door any day now. Just wondering what creative set ups you guys have come up with to use this as a hammock tarp- got any pics?

I don't have a lot of experience, but there are a few pics of my 12' NT in my trip report here. http://www.hammockforums.net/forum/s...ad.php?t=53218
I had poked around the forum and found a winter mode setup somewhere. I'll post a link if I can find it again (and have the time to search).
I have one and i luke it makes a great winter tarp and a great portch tarp i have a picture in my album of it if you want to take a look.
Check out this link. It will have some good information for you....

djminessota, I hope you don't mind me posting this in your thread, I just didn't see the need to start a new one. Your blog on 52 nights above ground is awesome, by the way! Anyway, after much research on here, I scored a Kelty Noah 12 tarp on Ebay for free! (due to the seller telling me nothing was wrong with it and then "discovering" two stains and a hole in it when he was packaging it for shipment. I was very upset because I specifically asked him if there were any defects BEFORE I bought it and he said no, twice! I offered to pay him half still but he just refunded all my money and then shipped it anyway, to my extreme amazement. Apparently, he really cares about his Ebay reputation! Plus he probably realizes he can't sell it as is.)
After unpacking it and finding it came complete with a compression bag (awesome!) I set it up in the park across the street today. It is so much easier to work with than the 8x10 cheapo Harbor Freight tarp I used for my first hammock camping experience a few weeks ago! However, wind is still my worst enemy so far. Don't judge me too harshly when you see the pictures, this is only my second time setting up a hammock and tarp. I didn't set up all the guy lines either. I've got to do some more research on here about tarp ridgeline setups etc.
The tarp does have a couple stains but I don't think they're too bad (see pic) and I did find the hole - it's only half the size of a pencil! It's about 3 feet out from the ridgeline. How concerned should I be about that hole growing? Can I patch it? Should I?
Packing up, I got my BIAS hammock and the tarp both in the compression bag! I can't believe how small this package is. After seeing the tarp and all, I've got to contact the seller again; I can't just keep this for free, it doesn't feel right. My winning bid was $40. What do you all think I should offer? Or will that just open the door for him to demand the full amount?
Looks like a nice tarp for the price.
