    Eno SingleNest or DoubleNest?

Hi! I really want an Eno hammock, I jsut don't know what size to get. I am 5'5" about 125 lbs. I might want to share with my friends (also small-ish sized) sometimes (not too often), which makes me want the Double. Also many reviewers say the extra room on the Double is nice. But in some pictures it looks like you sink so low in the Double you are completely enveloped. Then you couldn't see and would feel like you can't breathe, plus the extra fabric might be annoying. Is the Single too small? Would I be comfortable in the Double if it was just me? Is one preferable to the other for mainly single use but possible double use? (I probably won't ever use this to go camping, but in my backyard, parks, etc. so I don't need extra room for sleeping bags or other overnight supplies.) Thanks!

Double is still on sale thru REI. Cheaper than a single right now. Just a thought.

I have a double, and when you see people completely enveloped in their hammock they may be hanging incorrectly. If you lay on a slight diagonal, you can lay flat as a pancake.

If youre looking at saving a few bucks, go for the single. however, if you think you may want to use it more in the future, spring the extra few bucks and go double.

Either way, I think you'll be happy, an early congrats to you on your purchase, whatever that may be.

I have the double, and i really like it for sleeping on my side. Also, cross-legged chair sitting position is really nice.

I have one of each and the double is my go to. The extra material adds to the cozy factor if you ask me. I am also almost double your weight .

How do you sleep? If you move around a lot at night, I'd still say the double. I'm on my sides, my belly, my back and it's just a little easier with the extra fabric and like nateseveiltwin said, you can pick up a double cheaper than a single right now at REI.

I found the seam of the single lined up with my shoulder when laying diagonally but I'm a big guy so I prefer the double. For your size, a single would be fine IMO.

ENO needs to make something in between. Everyone I know who has the double wants something smaller, and everyone who has the single wants something bigger! I went with the double, like it a lot for lounging but not camping.
