    Sources of down

Tried searching heaps but the forum just does not like the word 'down' which makes it damned hard!

Anyway, im looking for down for my UQ, and so far i have found diygearsupply.com at $6.65 an ounce, thru-hiker.com at $23 per 3 ounces ($7.66 an ounce) or a local supplier that will either sell me 10kg at $5,000 or fill it for me at $75 per 100g ($21 per ounce)

Clearly i am not going for the local one, as it is stupid expensive, takes away from the diy aspect and is only 700 fill power (EU, so about 800 US equivalent)

So, at this stage i will be going with thru-hiker, but i would like to know if there are any other options out there with competitive prices? I have no problem sharing my custom around if it means a better deal for me Especially as i have to pay extra in shipping anyway!

    Cheers,
    Macca

searching for '800' '850' or '900' generally has given me good results.

You could try: "site:hammockforums.net down" in google (minus the "")

    TH
