Hey, Guys,
I've noticed after my last few hangs, that I have knee pain throughout the night and in the morning. It's the pain you get from , say, resting your feet on a coffee table for a while, while sitting on the couch. The legs are level, but there is dead space that does not support the knees, so they sag, which causes pressure. It's rather painful after a while...
So far, all I've done to alleviate this problem is to sleep with one leg bent, so a foot rests under the exposed knee. It fills some of the space, but not all of it, and it's not always fun to have to sleep "cocked up."
I'm thinking of buying/sewing a long, ultralight pillow to stuff under the knees.
Anyone else have this problem? Anyone have any other/better suggestions for a remedy?
Thanks!
ZT
